Privacy Policy

• Account — your email address and login (handled by our auth provider, Supabase). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email and basic profile from them.
• Profile — the username, favourite country/club, position and settings you choose, plus your in-app activity (predictions, chat messages, hot takes, missions, XP).
• Usage + diagnostics — anonymous product analytics (PostHog) and crash/error logs (Sentry) so we can fix bugs and improve the app.

To run the community (show your profile, deliver chat and predictions, rank leaderboards), to keep it safe (moderation, abuse prevention), and to improve and debug the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers that run the app on our behalf: Supabase (database + auth), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), and Giphy (when you search GIFs). Each only processes what's needed for their function.

You can edit your profile and settings any time. You can permanently delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete account; this removes your profile and all associated data (predictions, messages, missions, memberships). You may also email us to request access or deletion.

Footyfanbase isn't directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We don't knowingly collect their data.

Footyfanbase is an independent fan platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any football federation, league, club, or player. No official logos, badges, kits, or imagery are used.
